Edith and Alec Healy's family tree

PictureDesigned by Leah Stabenow.

Who were Edith and Alec? Both were youngest children, although Alec wasn't the "youngest" until he was 14, as seven more children were born after he was, and one after another died. Edith had one sister, nearly 10 years old, who died in childbirth. How did this impact their personalities and their marriage?

Leah Stabenow, Washakie Museum & Cultural Center created a family tree that clarifies five generations of the Holdens-Healys for the Museum's Improbable Pioneer exhibit (August 2013). Marty Ittner, book designer, modified Leah's tree for the book and this web site.
